In 2014, A.F. Amorello was contracted by Benderson Development to complete the last phase of the Highland Commons Project totaling over 20 acres. This project included earthwork (over 40,000c.y.), utilities, retaining walls, curbing, paving and striping. It also included an aggressive schedule to bring the site “pad ready” for such stores as Michaels, PetSmart, TJ Maxx and a 90,000s.f. Cabelas and others. In addition, A.F. Amorello was contracted by the building contractors to excavate and backfill for these foundations, as well as roughing out the interior utilities.

This project is part of the overall 100 acre project that consists of 1,000,000 sq. ft. of retail space when all the building pads are occupied.
